Medium level update- Cuptone 1

So this one, it’s pretty subtle overall but there were a lot of smaller things done overall. List-

*Max allowed me to do a few edits to the skin he made for this release, including-
* The dBFS peak style output meter was replaced with a VU style input meter.
* The program names were altered so that programs with very low (or in some cases, none) harmonics remain lettered in white, programs with medium harmonics levels are now slightly yellow, and the programs with the highest harmonic levels are now slightly red/pinkish. Keep in mind that even these highest harmonic level programs still usually have very subtle harmonics.
* The labels for the ‘select’ knob that appear for some programs were redone to be a bit more accurate.
* I added the peak hold readout that’s in many of my other more recent releases.
* Some buggy values would show up for the ‘select’ readout in some cases, fixed now.
* Trim gain value readout only showed a couple of digits in the past but now shows the full value, and this also required moving the knobs a little bit to make room.

*Every program got some reworking with the programs themselves- how the envelope follower (transitions between dynamic steps) is set up being the main example but some other things were done too. The actual results of this are probably not really noticeable due to how subtle most of these programs are, and how they probably mostly have linear dynamic behavior, but these settings can help with accuracy and artifacts.

*Most programs have had their harmonics levels rebalanced to be more accurate. In some cases this means fixing an issue where at lower input levels, the harmonics would almost entirely vanish when they shouldn’t always do that. In other cases, it means the harmonic levels produced by higher inputs were lowered because they were too high. In other cases still, only minor adjustments were made. Sampling by itself just doesn’t always give you perfect accuracy with these things. Sometimes you have to go in and actually make adjustments, and it can be tricky. The few programs that produce higher harmonic content have been redone using a newer method I’ve been using, which works better.

*A few different types of artifacts have been reduced in many cases, but in most cases they were already so low as to not be an issue. In maybe a couple of cases they were worse but are now gone or never an issue. Example- the dreaded ‘chirp’ was maybe possible at very high inputs with the 4k pass-through, not anymore.

*A few programs had some buggy behavior that was possible, in some circumstances, but was mostly rare. One had harmonics that were way louder in one channel than the other, but it probably wasn’t usually noticeable, for example.

*Overall this update was a lot of subtle things, bug fixes, minor tweaks to behavior and harmonic accuracy (which are always quiet and subtle anyway), and some skin tweaks. But I believe that these fixes all add up to bring this one to what I hope is a final state.
